Rob was very professional and knowledgeable of not just our drinking water system but of the other systems I asked about for the whole house. He did great sharing with me about the air purification system as well. Wouldn't mind for him to come back and if so he would always be welcome in our home.
Arrived on time. Technician (Nick) was knowledgeable and explained our home water softener system to us (we’ve never had one and the house we had recently purchased had one). Very pleased.
