4.0 out of 5 stars It worked great, but stopped working after 25 months of limited use. My EVO 604 robotic pool cleaner was purchased May 15, 2022 and worked well initially. It cleaned the bottom and sides of the pool as advertised. It is a little cumbersome to use, but overall worked well. It was used every 1-2 weeks around 5 months a year. It discontinued working after 24 1/2 months. I have done the troubleshooting as recommended and will try Technical Support, but I am not very optimistic.

The canister is super easy to clean out. Just dump out the loose debris and shake out the dirt and fine debris. Then, wash it with a hose for 30 seconds to clean out the remaining dirt/sand. Both the cord and machine itself is not as robust as one would think. I compare this to my previous experience with dophlins and maytronic robots like the s200 and active 20. After using it for a few weeks it performs great, it gets the large objects such as leaves but also sand and soot in the same basket.
