Tech Support I don't think it goes up the walls as good as the old cleaner did. Sorry But The Cost was about $150.00 more then the older unit and it just does get around as good. The older one would come up the steps [art way and clean them. I do like the float item on the cord so it doesn't pull it in the tracks. Thanks Dave
