I've had the cleaner 8 months and worked fine during that time; afterwards the robot started only operating in a small area and doing lots of circles. It has a 2 year warranty, however there are only about 12 service centers in the US so I had to ship it to one of them for troubleshooting and warranty work. Sadly the shipping was $100 just to get the unit to them. This is my first ever experience with a robotic cleaner and I'm impressed! From what I've read and seen in videos, I've bought a better unit, while saving several hundred dollars. The water line cleaning could probably be improved, but that's not to say that I see any evidence of poor cleaning at the water line either.

The EVO 614IQ works very well! Suction power seems A1, climbs walls and cleans waterline without difficulty. You can control the robot with your phone, BUT the robot will not clean as you maneuver it (reason why I removed 1 star).

The warranty repair was great, the cleaner works perfectly. What was not great was the time it took to find the correct contact information and receiving any follow-up.
