Ive been having problems with my HVAC system since it was installed and 2022 was a nightmare 2023 worse than a nightmare. I just had **** and **** come out and look at the equipment. I believe I had at least eight **** companies out to my home Not to estimates or diagnosis were the same. DO NOT use this company if you want equitable and fair service. We called them with a leaking gasket in one of our toilets.First, upon calling them, I was referred to as "honey" sweetie" and "doll" several times while trying to set up the appointment, which I find inappropriate. Then, they were 5 hours late for the appointment. About at the end of the appointment window, a man called to tell us that they were leaving a job site and would be there in an hour. I had a new Heat Pump put in last winter. Had them come out and do the 6-month Maintenace so not to void the warranty. Their Tech **** said all was good and left. I turned the ** on for the first time this summer and water leaked all over my garage floor and God only knows where else. The installation was shotty and I fell I've been sold a substandard Unit. Cost me $5,754.27 dollars to install a *************************** water heater. The water heater was $929.00. 2 service fees for a total $4,628. I got ripped off. Bad on me. Do not use this company.....

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!. They came to my house to fix a leaky drain pipe. Took them a little over an hour and charged my credit card $3000.00. They didn't give a quote or a receipt or tell my wife what the charge was. My wife was home alone at the time and the plumber they sent obviously saw an opportunity to rip off a ******** aged woman. Aqualine is an absolute scam as I was charged over 2 grand for absolutely nothing and the so called tech was only there for 15 minutes. RUN AS FAST AS U CAN FROM THEM

This company has sent 4 technicians out over a two week period and keeps telling me nothing is wrong with my unit despite it not reaching the set temperature. They did a condenser coil replacement and it has not worked right since. I paid 1800 dollars in labor and have a AC that no longer works like it did before.
