The patient-facing team's good humor and professionalism made the imaging experience far better than I anticipated. Scheduling, however, was a bit of a mess, but once I escalated my issue the staffer who stepped in was a real pro and got me on the books ASAP. The clinic experience was great and washed away the challenging scheduling issues.
