What a friendly staff!! Takes personal dignity in mind before, during, and after the exam. The waiting area was comfortable, clean and orderly. Should I need any additional x-rays, MRI’s or CT’s I will ask to be referred back to ARA. Thank you ARA!
Went in for a scan. The receptionist was incredible, taking care of a balance due at a different location. When it was my turn to be evaluated, the two technicians explained every step they were taking and making sure I understood. Excellent care!
My experience was quick, easy and pleasant. Everyone was polite and explained my test thoroughly.
Had a great experience. Wasn’t nervous, though music would have made it just a little better. Staff were great. Answered my questions, helped me relax, altogether a good day.
