Went to San Marcos ARA for an ultrasound and had a wonderful ext. Nanette was very helpful, cheerful and professional. I’ve been in healthcare and retail my entire adult life and she is in the top few of all I’ve interacted with. She took the time to review the doctor’s order and detected a possible coding error. She took the time to verify with the doctor during a very busy time.
