Went to San Marcos ARA for an ultrasound and had a wonderful ext. Nanette was very helpful, cheerful and professional. I’ve been in healthcare and retail my entire adult life and she is in the top few of all I’ve interacted with. She took the time to review the doctor’s order and detected a possible coding error. She took the time to verify with the doctor during a very busy time. I went to ARA Diagnostic Imaging for an MRI with contrast . This was not my first roder, I’d had one before they weren’t fun because it required an IV and that’s always difficult with me because my veins are hard to find. My nurse did such a good job that it was already inserted before I knew she wanted to start the process. She was very professional and knew exactly where to find the vein. I can’t thank Jessica enough for making the process as pleasant as possible.
I am going here for Years, and satisfy each time yesterday I came 30 minutes early Yesterday, and they got me as quick as I finish the paperwork. Everyone Very kind.
