The patient-facing team's good humor and professionalism made the imaging experience far better than I anticipated. Scheduling, however, was a bit of a mess, but once I escalated my issue the staffer who stepped in was a real pro and got me on the books ASAP. The clinic experience was great and washed away the challenging scheduling issues.
They are efficient with scheduling, wait time and test results. Very kind, knowledgeable office and imaging staff.
