Verified Renter TL;DR It's a great place to live. Arbor Brook is the perfect community for millennials and dog lovers. I've made some great friends here, and I've always had excellent experiences when working with the staff to resolve issues, both maintenance and management related. The amenities are convenient and well maintained, and I feel like the value for the space is very reasonable, given the Nashville housing market. I've been here nearly 2 years, and I'm a little sad to be moving in the fall. 4.5 stars, for sure!

Verified Renter My husband and I feel that Arbor Brook Apartments is a great place to live. It is peaceful and quite. The staff is great and if we have any problems they are taken care of within 1-2 hours. They have a pet park, walking trail around the complex and a play ground for the kids. We have lived here going on three years and we love it.
