Verified Renter My husband and I both enjoy living here, we are going on six years. All of our neighbors are really nice and we all look out for each other. The staff in the office and in the maintenance are all awesome. If you have any problems they take care of it within a couple of hours.

Those contacts have been a pleasure to work with. They are helpful, friendly, and respond timely. The maintenance person expedited a repair for me which was much appreciated but certainly unexpected. Verified Renter Arbor Brooks Apartments is a great place to live. It is quiet and peaceful. Everyone in the Office and in Maintenance are awesome. If you have a problem, they will get it taken care of immediately. They have great walking trails around the complex. They are very close to shopping areas: Two major grocery stores and restaurants within one mile. The malls are within 2-3 miles.
