All of the residents in the building that we are in are great, and even their fur babies are friendly. Arbor Brook is pet friendly; they accept all sizes of dogs, cats and I have even seen a parrot that lives in the complex. All of the residents and their pets are great to get along with. The staff in the office and maintenance staff are all awesome. They will take care of any issues with 2-4 hours. Verified Renter At first it has been a pleasure living there. However, it is becoming increasingly aggravating due to a water leak in my ceiling that either the maintenance staff doesn't know how to fix or they just don't want to.
