We really did not have any complaints. I'm glad we chose Arbor Terrace. They took great care of dad.

My brother was in a memory care facility in Virginia. We moved him to Pennsylvania to be closer to family but the difference in the facilities is remarkable. Arbor Terrace has been so wonderful to my brother. Yes, he needed a couple days to adjust but the staff was more than able to handle that and he is doing marvelously now. The staff at Arbor Terrace in Exton are super people. Where do they find such kind people? They are so friendly and caring and attentive to each person. My husband and I recently attended an event at Arbor in support of our daughter. We felt motivated to write a review based on our experience. We met several residents, they were all happy and engaged. We were greeted by every staff member, the entire atmosphere was positive and uplifting. The community itself is gorgeous! Needless to say, we were impressed by what we saw.

It's only 2 miles from my house and it has a brand new physical plant and it was easy to enroll her and we were up against a time constraint.Their major problem is the quality and variety of the food and lack of staff/ absenteeism

The staff and community is fun and caring, the residents are quality people. They truly care about their residence well-being.

The good thing about this facility is they were very willing to help my sons relocate my ex-husband when he was not allowed to go back to his original place. They had the abilities to take him on. They have different levels of care provided, so they had the ability to take him in. He was also able to get hospice here at Arbor Terrace as well. My sons were happy with the care he received.

The biggest negatives I have are that the food is not very good. Apparently, a lot of people there complain about that. I expected more for the money that we are paying. The positives are it is a very clean facility. The staff knows everyone by name and their family members. They are inclusive to the family and the residents.

What made the best impression for our family was the staff - they have such excellent communication between each other and the families. They are on top of our loved ones care and we get plenty of notifications and updates. They are always there if we have questions and if not, then we get answers in a timely response. We could not ask for better, they are so attentive, patient and kind.

I would probably encourage them to remember that no facility is going to be perfect in every area. Either your loved one needs to be able to stand up for themselves so they can bring up any issues or concerns. If they are unable to speak for themselves a family advocate or friend would be highly advised. Overall great place.
