Your technician immediately diagnosed my problem with my Ebike, had the replacement parts in stock and was able to get it repaired 2 days ahead of schedule for a little less than the quoted cost. We are lucky to have an Ebike store of Archer's caliber in Prescott Valley. Thank you!
