My boyfriend and his roommate have lived in Arden Villas since August, they’ve dealt with cockroaches nonstop. They had the pest control man coming once a month to spray and Change traps. When they went to the office they told them what THEY could do to get rid of the roaches??? More recently their A/C hit the shitter, it happened to be on a Friday evening we noticed it leaking everywhere. Arden can improve their atrocious customer service Update: After working through quite an ordeal, I can say Arden villas has improved their customer service. They now check up with us with more satisfactory actions when necessary despite us being hot headed at this point.
Horrific at replacing faulty appliances.
RecommendedSo we moved our son in 2 days ago. The apartment was very dirty. The entire place. Not filthy, but dirty. The ac vent and ceiling vent covers especially. We had serious issues with the flooring in my son’s bedroom and spoke with the manager, Matt. He came right out. He ordered the cleaning crew to come back out, which they did.
