Don’t have roaches and bug problems in most the buildings ! Take care of residents not the leasing building that didn’t even need a whole renovation compared to the other problems right now.

Absolute worst ! They lost my security deposit and did not refund it even after 6 MONTHS!!! They moved new furniture into the house while I still had about 2 months left on my lease. The furniture had bugs!!! Which infested onto a lot of my furniture and carpets which I had to discard. They did not do a good job with changing cabinets and redoing the floor. The whole place was infested with cockroaches. Wouldn't recommend at all. Worst management ever.

This place has the absolute worse management. They have no respect for the residents. They say they have designed the apartment to be student friendly. But infact it's not. Their furnished apartments are an absolute joke. The furniture is sub-standard. The mattresses are really low-quality and some of them have bed bugs. So here’s an update to my daughters car being hit at a nearby apartment complex the Arden Villa’s. Unfortunately the person left a bogus phone number on her windshield. We just got an estimate on the damage and it’s a little over $1,000. FYI...When I called the police they said that they cannot do anything about it since it happened on private property. The apartment complex said they do not have cameras and refused to help me in any way. Even with a possible lead they would not investigate it. Wow this is incredibly frustra... read more

Only complaint is that the gate seems to "break" for weeks at a time, and dog owners don't clean up their mess. Everything else has been great.
