Every single parent needs to get their child out of there and in to a place that takes security seriously. you had a deviant harrassing a little 19 yo girl and you gave him a MASTER key?!!???! I refuse to believe that the complex didn't know him and his harrassing ways. He didn't take rejection well and that should have been a red flag. I hope you get sued and learn a very important lesson.
How disgusting that you haven't reached out to Miya's family. So unprofessional and you lack empathy and sympathy. You were able to make a statement to try and protect your reputation and let people know you properly screen your employees, yet not a word said to Miya's family. Have some decency. They just lost a person they dearly loved and you let them down.
I would not recommend this is place to anyone. Not even a homeless person. They aided in a murder
