Great customer service. One of our Arhaus sofa had a defect. It got repaired, but the repair failed after 6 or 7 years. Arhaus had us pick 2 new sofas (since they were matching). The 2 new sofas cost less than the 2 old sofas. Arhaus gave us a gift certificate for the difference.
We had a great experience shopping at Arhaus. Sarah was wonderful to work with. We just got all of our furniture delivered and it was the best delivery experience we've ever had. We would highly recommend them!

Love this place. A balance of old and new - rough textures and shiny surfaces, creative and common meld together. Class and comfort provide an environment that reflect all the side of an eclectic personality. My sole lives in these spaces.
Absolute nightmare customer experience, DO NOT SHOP HERE! They made a mistake on 2/2 products we ordered, said one was custom and we would have to pay to correct it because we signed their document.

We ordered our sofa during COVID which was delivered after 6 months (ok, get the supply chain issues) but the sofa came defective. A replacement sofa was ordered which again was defective. We have been trying to communicate with customer service for the past 2 months but have stopped hearing back. Arhaus sent a technician who said the sofa can’t be repaired and it has to be replaced. We are stuck with a defective sofa with NO response from Arhaus.
I made a large purchase and I kept asking and sending emails about my points that I was supposed to get . Horrible, horrible experience. Today I finally got someone on the line and just to have them tell me that due to not choosing the 6-month option of financing with their card , I was not qualified to get the points.
