I am so disappointed in and angry with Arhaus Furniture Store. I bought a sofa from them that I have had a year and it is falling apart. I even bought the extra protection plan and was just informed that the "damage" is not covered. I had 13 pieces of furniture delivered (4 months late) in the spring of 2016 and 5 were damaged. This has been the worst experience. Now I have a $5000 sofa that won't even hold up for 1 year. If you're ok with waiting 9 weeks (AND COUNTING) for IN STOCK furniture, go ahead and shop Arhaus. In the last week I've spoken with THREE "concierge" reps. Two promised to call me back after they PERSONALLY handled it. Neither did. The guy who sold us the furniture here in Austin (IN JANUARY) no longer works for them. They have 5k. I have 1 of 3 IN STOCK pieces ordered 9+ weeks ago. Uncool.

Beautiful store- but absolutely horrible customer service! It has been one thing after another in regards to the purchase of our couch. Salesperson made promises that apparently she couldn't keep just to make the sale. Management is not much better and clearly has no desire to try to accommodate us with such a delay in our order. Placed our order and made required $$ deposit on February 12th and are STILL waiting for our couch at the end of May.
