DO NOT BUY, RISKY. Ordered an expensive coffee table after seeing in store and online. Coffee table arrived after extended wait with large black streaks all over it. Arhaus customer service says this purposeful and is due to variation from their products being handmade. May be true but it still looks VERY different from in store model and online pictures and is UGLY. Looks like a child took a sharpie marker to the table. Wow - I ordered a year ago. Most of my furniture has come. However two last pieces are lingering. They have given me a March delivery, but if I ordered new online it would only be 16 weeks. I have had to follow up on every bit of the deliveries. The first delivery was months late from expected date communicated. They don’t communicate changes at all. They have terrible customer service. We bought some items back in August, they promised to deliver in 10 weeks (early November). They didn't even notify me the items would have a delay. They don't provide any type of compensation for the delay, and they left you confusing messages in my voicemail indicating the order is ready for delivery, but when I called, they said another company is in charge of the delivery and to wait for the other company to call me. A loss of time!

Also VERY disappointed with service! I understand the supply chain situation but it’s a plain out lie to sell items and say 12 weeks… I’m still waiting 6 months later. No table and no updates. They keep saying next month. And they are still selling the table and telling people 12 weeks. Don’t believe it.

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered my bed. It was promised for early June and delayed now, a month and a half, been sleeping on the floor and counting the days. Finally scheduled for today, stayed home to receive, and during delivery window received call from shipper saying there guy had called in and they’d try to get it done later this week. No communication from Arhaus during this entire fiasco, any info I received I had to contact them. No customer service.

AVOID! Bought + paid for a couch in early October that was supposed to be delivered early last month. Everyday they tell me they don't know where it is but they're sure it will be delivered today (???). They have passed me around from person to person who hasn't given me any information and hasn't been of any help. Truly awful.

Terrible customer service! Spent several thousands on furniture. Two pieces were shipped damaged and had to be repaired or sent back. Purchased a clock that was called an "Iron Clock" that was covered in rust on the back side and was not sealed correctly on the front. Called Concierge Services and was told that the manufacturing process was being looked into. Never heard back from anyone until after several attempts. Was promised that something would be done. This is my second experience, the first order took a LONG time to come in, so I expected to wait with my second order. I ordered items labor day weekend, still nothing is here, I was supposed to have everything mid-october in time for the holidays. They finally called me yesterday to collect the remaining payment to deliver the items, you would think they'd be in Texas, not the case, everything is still in Ohio! Other companies I've worked worth at least throw an email your way letting you know adjusted delivery windows, but... read more
