Ariana is amazing! She was able to get us the best deal with our situation. She stayed in constant communication with us even in the begining when we werent 100% sure we would be using PRMI and throughout the entire house hunting, loan, and closing process. Availability and level of commitment to the customer during all hours of the day was awesome and unexpected. Friendly and honest! The best part of my experience was if I asked a question and she did not have the answer, she expressed just that and then informed me she would find out what I needed and then she did very quickly. The patience of their entire team and willingness to explain something so foreign to many of us who don't always understand all of the mortgage jargon was appreciated.

I am a realtor & have used Ariana for a few deals for my buyers. She did an excellent job, kept my customers informed, closed on time or earlier than the closing was scheduled & was successfully in getting a loan approved for a challenging customer. I just purchased a home for myself & closed today. We allowed 45 days to close, but Ariana was able to get it done in 30 days, the sellers didn't want to close early. I highly recommend Ariana she's extremely professional, polite, detailed oriented.
