Ariana was amazing. But there was a person that stepped in to help on a day that Ariana could not be there and that person was using presser tactics to have me sign the documents that I was not comfortable signing yet. It was very unacceptable and inappropriate I don't remember his name but I'm sure Ariana knows. I do have a special case and I have to Say Ariana fought so hard for me even when I was given her a hard time and the underwriting was giving her a hard time. She was always available
