Dr. Ostad's office makes me feel like I walk into a family member's place. They all know me by first name, always take the time for a quick chat and a laughter and make me feel beyond welcomed! and that's just the beginning. I never take for granted the smile on Dr. Ostad's face as he opens the door to the examine room!
Dr. Ostad exudes confidence and knew immediately how to treat my skin problem. He is very skilled and an excellent diagnostician. He advised me in a kind way. I am so glad I saw him.
Explained everything being done. Clarity in answering all questions without rushing - really listened to the patient. Staff is excellent- follows his example.
