"The grounds are always clean and peaceful. I have yet to com across a resident I did not like. Our office staff is wonderful with no fault I've seen yet. They truly care about all their residents. When their is a maintenance issue it is dealt with immediately. I honestly couldn't have asked to live in a more peaceful place than Perico!"

Our apartment has beautiful vinyl flooring, stainless appliances, new carpet and ceiling fans, and , a gorgeous view of our lake by the preserve. Our detached garage is just steps away. The pool and clubhouse are always immaculately clean. Katie, Jade, and, Shari are the office staff and always willing to help. The maintenance crew of Carlos, George, and Murda are the best!

We have now been living here for six months and loving it more every day! The buildings are well-maintained, the office staff is like family, and generally the residents give one a true sense of community!
