Perico is a great place.. we came here on a whim, even after talking to Genesia before we moved down. Luckily they had 2 open 1 bdrm apartments and they were both available on the 1st. We didn't have any other leads so we jumped on it. Price is a little high but seriously, how can 1 complain When they live 2 miles from anna maria island? The staff and maintenance crew are top notch. It's quiet and peaceful here. No complaints.
Lived here for 5 years and every moment was Paradise!!! We miss HOME so much and pray we will be back within the next year!!!! Kyss get us a place ready girl!! :0)
