RecommendedI am a resident at the Perico apartments off Anna Maria Island I have lived here for over 2 years and I have never been more impressed with the management team there. In particular Kyss Sims and Genesia have been a pleasure to deal with every time I meet with them. The maintenance team have been excellent as well. Angel Jimenez seems to always go the extra mile even on the most routine of calls. I am truly very appreciative for them all
Very overpriced!! Everything is old and outdated. If you ask for updated things to be done or appliances, it is done half way. The office has horrible communication skills and not to mention a pest problem.
They are killing current residents with price hikes. We took a 250 increase a month, renewed our lease for July and these asses are now now charging 1795, which is over less than what we are paying for the same. It’s robbery and I hope you are proud of yourselves!! I hope you wake up feeling like the piece of shit you are
is there anything you can do about the ants that doesn't require a 4 to 5 day wait?? we have tons in our home and is out of control.
