Would Not Recommend Only live here if you like hearing your neighbors watch TV and have conversations and basically everything they do. The walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbor's alarm go off in the morning... The space is also not worth the price. The apartments are old and dated and don't work efficiently. I would not recommend this place to anyone who asked. There are better and cheaper places to live.
So run down If you like feeling unsafe at night then this is ok. Security lights never work Maintenance takes forever and never fixes issues, just the bandaid approach Way overpriced

The Reserve at Lake Lynn Was OK for a first apartment but definitely too small and needs upgrading and repair badly.
