Arleen was very helpful through the process of buying a home. As a first time buyer, she was kind to review questions and going over the details of home buying. Arleen tried her best to provide the best loan for our family. She gave us a great APR rate that we could afford. Also she notified me of any changes that were taking place. We had good communication skills through this process. I will greatly recommend her as a highly and friendly financial advisor.

We are sooo happy with our experience with Arleen. Our income situation takes time to figure out (one of us is self employed) and yet Arleen never shied away from the work it took to get us a loan we were happy with that eventually led to our dream first home!
