At the beginning of the journey I was scare to buy house . I told Arlene I was not ready . I told her to give me a wait because of some factors that were changing in my life . Arleene stay in touch with me . Two years later she contact me. She made it happen, she qualify me for a home loan with New American Funding . I told her what I can afford and I can buy . She was very honest and found me some low rates . Thank you again Arleen and New American Funding.

Arleen was amazing to work with! You can tell she really cares about her clients, and she wants to make the process a lot smoother for them. She stays on top of things and did her absolute best to get us qualified for a loan. My family are so grateful for all the hard work she did for us. I highly recommend her!

I had quite an experience purchasing my first home!!!! To make a long story short, Arleen and her team of banditos had to switch my file THREE times due to another party on my transaction. They worked so hard to keep my close date on track, it was fast, quick efficient work! I am difficult to work with and they were very patient and professional the entire process.

As a first time homebuyer I was very unsure about how the whole house buying process worked out. Lucky my parents and I had Arleen there to answer any and all our questions, even if we continuously called her on some occasions she was there to ensure us that we were in good hands and she proved that true!
