My favorite part about working with Arleen is how fast we were able to get things done. Being able to provide most of the necessary documents without needing to meet in person was a huge bonus. If i ever refinance again or plan to buy a new home, i will definitely be working with her again!

The refinancing of our home mortgage was uncomplicated and pretty quick. The process to complete the loan application was pretty straightforward and everything was online making it easy to access. In addition, they were flexible with us and work with our busy schedules. All our questions were answered in a timely manner. We are very please and plan to come back for any of our future home Loan needs!

Arleen was great from start to finish! I had a high interest rate on my original morgage. I started looking into a refinance and I was having issues with other brokers. I spoke to Arleen on the phone and she told me she can get me a low interest rate and close my loan. Arleen got me an interest rate way below what I thought was possible and she closed my loan fast. I was impressed of their service-very helpful and willing to help their client. I was out of State on a business trip when signing my docs so they hired a local public notary in order to get the legal docs completed. I was also happy with the local notary who handles my documents. She took the time to explained to make sure that I understood.
