Akira Sapp was the leasing manager we worked with directly. She was very pleasant and most helpful during the moving in process. She dealt with any issues that came up in a timely manner and always followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our apartment. Akirah was a great help in getting me moved in. I got quick responses and the time frame with was maintenance with one day or same turn around. The apartments are very nice and I highly recommend this place.

I will start with this...I do not normally leave reviews. However, Arlington West Apartments are noteworthy! Akirah was absolutely amazing, she went out of her way to ensure we were able to look at and complete the application process for the 3 bedroom unit that we are now living in! Having a time crunch to move in can make any move stressful. I will say, I applied online and within 15 mins of the application Akirah called me to inform me that I was approved and can come view some units whenever. After viewing some and finding one I liked, she had the unit ready for me to move in the very next day. Very easy process for applying and signing the lease all digitally. Move in process was great and Akirah was phenomenal in helping me with my first place! Everybody seems nice and friendly. Mail is easy to grab and the amenities are awesome as well. I haven't been here long, but I love it here!
