We are moving to NC in a month and some change. We just got done with a tour and it was by far the best one we went on. Madeline was so sweet and so knowledgeable that we felt very at ease. The property around the apartment is beautiful and the apartment itself is a dream come true. I can’t wait to live here!!
We have lived here for 4 years and have LOVED IT! Very clean complex and we have always felt safe We have used all amenities (pool, gym, rented the clubhouse) and they are always clean and we enjoy using them on a regular basis. All maintenance requests have been answered within 24 hours and the staff is friendly and willing to help.
Great place to start up. Staff is awesome and go above and beyond to assist you with any questions or concerns. Unfortunately, the pandemic didn't allow for a full experience as the gym was closed, and the pool was up until my last few weeks there. The only other issue I had was, there are no cameras in the parking lots. There are a lot of people (not from the apartments) that hang out. The customer service is incredible. Madeline was so helpful and informative from the get go. Any question or concern that I had was addressed promptly and professionally. The one minor hiccup in my move in day was resolved right then and there by the maintenance person, who was also super helpful and professional. The very spacious apartment was super clean when I moved in. So glad I chose to move here.
I love the staff. Maintenance is always willing to go the extra mile. Thorough explanation of all issues and solving of the issues. I enjoy it all.
Have loved living here the past 2 years! All the employees are extremely helpful and polite. The pool area is great, the gym has just enough to get the job done, and love all of the little extras they do. Would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking in the Jacksonville area!
I am beyond grateful for the wonderful experience I had in Arlington West! We are having a hard time finding a new home because they really set our standards high! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Lived in these apartments for almost three years and never had a complaint! Amazing and beautiful apartments with friendly staff and wonderful fast maintenance! Ugh I will miss this place so much! Thank you to the staff for the most wonderful experience possible!
