I had an entire HVAC replacement of a 19 year old system. All of Armors staff were courteous, informative and punctual. Upgraded everything as needed. Addressed issues with the old system. Left everything spotless. Did more than expected for the price agreed upon. I would highly recommend and will be using Armor HVAC in Bentonville from now on.

We were having issues with our heater, and found Armor on-line. Travis arrived the same day and found the issue with our heater. He was very knowledgeable about the situation and fixed it before leaving. Great service at a fair price! Travis even found my sons headphones in the yard and returned them to us.

We had three estimates; Armor gave me a great product (Rheem), timely installation and no hassles. We don't feel like we overpaid, nor do we feel like we're dealing with a "shadetree" mechanic. Cold air blowing a few minutes after he showed up. They take service calls 24 hours and work in the Gravette area. Exactly what we needed on a quick notice.
Was super pleased with Armor heat and air. Found them just by googling. I had called several places but Armor was able to get to me the quickest. I also needed an appointment at 4:30pm and they were able to do that and best of all they did NOT charge extra for the time frame I needed. Was 100% pleased with the service and price! Being on the far side of Bella Vista was not a problem at all either!
Wonderful experience! I called at 8:15 this morning with an air conditioner problem and Travis was at my house, had the part in the van, and had it fixed by noon! Other companies I tried couldn't give me a time, some not enough a specific day. Not only was Armor able to tell me when he would be there, but he was early. I will always recommend these guys from here on out! Cheaper than anyone else I called as well. Amazing customer service AND fair prices, you can't go wrong!
There are no words for how much we love Armor! After losing complete AC function on a Sunday, we called them Monday morning for an estimate on a new system. We figured it would be a few days before anyone could come out, but Blair showed up to our house an hour later!
