Huge props to these guys for taking my call at 6am. They had Stephanie at the house by 830 and everything fixed and THOROUGHLY explained by 1030. She took me into the attic and showed me exactly what happened and what she did. I hope I don’t have to call back but if I have any other issues it will be the first and only place I’ll call.
