They offered a suggestion, but I didn't take it. It was fine. They were good. I think they were on time. The guy cleaned up. Gutter cleaning.
There were a few weather related delays that pushed my job back a couple days, but Mike kept me updated timely on the new dates for materials delivery and the job. Material delivery went smoothly. On the job day, the crew arrived promptly in the morning and got right to work. Only took about 6 hours to complete. Cleanup was great. There haven't been any issues, though I greatly appreciate the peace of mind that comes with their 10 year labor guarantee on top of the manufacture warranty for the shingles. I had already had somebody do my gutter's earlier so no. They came and they inspected the roof they found a few things they fixed them and they were on their way.
Great! From the original visit for quote preparation to the final installation they came when they said they would and did what they said they would. They completed the roof in one day with extra manpower because rain was forecast for the next day. Installed new shingles, gutters and downspouts.

Hunter was great in fixing our roof. He was very thorough and showed us before and after pictures. The detailed report was great. He didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't need. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future. We needed a few shingles replaced and an analysis as to the condition of our roof.
