Initial contact was excellent. Larry worked with me on my project and he was highly personable, detailed, and knowledgeable. Top class salesman/project developer! Foreshadowing. A month after not be contacted by the project manager (as I was told I would be), I had to initiate calling Arocon to set up a project date. It went good. This is the first company I have ever had for any reason, and they did not find anything wrong and gave me a good report. They did not try to sell me anything, nor suggest I would need to do anything. This is a first for me because usually companies will try to find or make up something you need to do, but this was not the case. If I ever need a roofing company again they will the one I call. My roof checked
There were communication issues that caused The crew to come back a second time to complete work. They cleaned up well and the roof looks nice. Strip and replace roofing on a portion of the house
Great...Will advised that roof looked like it would survive some more years and that gutters are at proper slant. He found two missing shingles and had the time and materials to replace those for an additional fee. Gutters cleaned and tuned up.
I'd noticed some shingle tabs in my yard after recent winds, so I called Arocon based on their reviews. I was surprised that it would be about a month before they could come out, but I shouldn't have been - Christmas was only a couple of weeks away, plus I'm sure other people had issues from the wind gusts. Hunter arrived during the scheduled window. He did an excellent job inspecting the roof and taking necessary preventive measures (caulking and putting collars ). He explained the condition of the roof, as he prepared the report and what would be needed in future and later emailed the pictures. He was very polite and professional in his approach. Wanted a roof inspection and any urgent repairs taken care of.
We are very pleased with the service provided. We took advantage of the roof maintenance package.
