Larry Bullen of Arocon just left my house after evaluating the leaks in my roof. He fixed it for free!!! Yes, I said he fixed it for free. Yesterday I had an estimate of over $1,000 to fix my roof. Evidently the contractor who put up my siding nailed his equipment onto the shingles and did not caulk the holes. Another company also thought some shingles were not applied correctly at the edge. It was okay. It went very quickly and I just felt like I don't know what he did but anyway I think it turned out okay. The thing that I think I was a little bit upset with is was that they trimmed the tree around thing and they just left them on top of my shrubs, they didn't take them off or anything they just left them wherever they fell and I would have thought they would have cleaned them up. Office staff was very professional and helpful when I had to re-schedule my appointment twice due to weather issues. Will performed service and was very professional and friendly. Took his time to do the job right and explained everything to me. Left a detailed report and plenty of photos of the work. Addressed my concerns with a sagging gutter section and resolved problem on-site and provided recommendations for future. They did an excellent job. They took before and after pictures to show me what was done. They also recommended an estimate which I had done and will probably use them again in the future. Roof tune up and a vent ridge replaced
Everything went well. I liked the written report with an explanation of everything the employee did. He was a polite young man and I will use this company again. I purchased the deal for a roof inspection and tune up.
Price was higher then expected because my roof pitched is greater then what was included in the offer. I wish the details for this were more apparent. Looked into have gutters cleaned.
Hunter arrived right on time and promptly went to work. He found several areas that needed repairs and then completed the work. He explained everything from start to finish in a professional and pleasant manner. I would recommend Arocon/Hunter without hesitation. We called for Arocon to come out and find out why my father-in-law's roof was leaking. Arocon sent Hunter. He examined the entire roof, made some necessary repairs, and took photos to show us the the work that he had done.
