Our service tech Will was great. He examined the roof, noted areas in need of repair and proceeded to address those issues. He provided a frank assessment of the roof's condition and options for future planning. Roofing Tune up.
It was fine. I purchased a big deal for AROCON Roofing & Construction. They inspected my roof.
They ended up do a roof tune Gutter tune up.
I had a good experience with Arocon. They were professional and did a good job. I had a rubber ring that had broken around one of the pipes on my roof. They replaced it and didn't even charge me for it. If I have any other issues with my roof I will be calling them again. Checked the roof to make sure it was in good condition. They had to change a rubber ring around one of the pipes.
I purchased the Roof Maintenance package from their website for $99 after seeing it on Angie's List. I received a call within 15 minutes and an appointment was scheduled. On the scheduled date and time, Hunter showed up and began his inspection and work. He did a detailed inspection, took photos, and explained what minor work (caulking, nailing, and new rubber vent pipe boot) was completed. Very prompt in response. Service technician showed up exactly on time. Did a thorough job. Very satisfied. Roof inspection and minor fix.
It went well. No problems were found, and some extra chalking were done. I needed the roof checked out to make sure that it was in proper shape for the winter and to note any problems that might come up in the near future.
