Both Eric and Mike were very responsive and provided answers to all my questions. They also followed up with me after I had to postpone the job for a month or so. The technicians that performed the work were courteous and clean.
The person sent to estimate the job was extremely thorough, not only did he walk the roof, but also checked the attic to view any issues from the inside. Had samples of all the materials to be used and suggested a different shingle that could be used even during the cold weather. Financing was easy. Very straightforward and easy to work with. Tyler got onto the roof and took pictures of the damage. Then he showed these pictures to me, so that I knew exactly what was being fixed and how.
