Arocon was outstanding in every respect. The job was done well, quickly, and at an excellent price. I spoke with the manager, the estimator, and the crew leader. All were well informed, responsive and conscientious. They all proved to be men of their word. For four decades, I've dealt with contractors around the country for several properties I've owned, and Arocon rates among the very best I've ever worked with. This small company could give lessons in customer service to much larger firms.

We requested a roof painting/possible repair/replacement estimate as well as some potential gutter work. Eric came out and climbed on our roof and gave us a very thorough explanation of all the options we had and the costs associated with each. He did the same with the gutter work and explained the benefits of each option and cost.
