As always, friendly courteous employees and car was well taken care of....windshield was left very "smeared" after they had washed the car but other than that I have no complaints. Thanks you Todd for always taking good care of me and my vehicle!

At point of sale, the dealer said that my car could be picked up and I could get a loaner when service is needed. This time I am told that I am out of the pick up range and no loaners anymore. Headliner is still broken, never fixed correctly.
