From the time of scheduling the service through Jim Buckner to the delivery of the car to our house excellent service was given. The service was done in the allotted time and was done as we requested; tires rotated, oil and filter changed, and the car was washed as is the custom of Arrowhead Cadillac. We are very pleased with the service.
