Mel went above and beyond to provide me roadside assistance when one of my tires blew out on Mother's Day when I was traveling near Dateland, AZ. He drove over two hours to meet me there and installed a spare, then followed me most of the way home (over an hour). When my new rim and tire were ready, Mel brought the wheel to my home and installed it on my vehicle. Pick up and delivery service works great for me. The two men are always very friendly and courteous. I appreciate the heads up phone calls expecting their arrival. Oil change service and tire rotation completed with the car washed and returned in a timely manner.
