It was my first online car purchase. My salesman Mike Martin was supurb--he "held my hand" through the entire process. The only reason I did not give this a 5 star rating, is because I was not advised of a non stock modification that I could not see in the car videos/photos. It had dark window tint that significantly reduced visibility on the rear window, rear side windows, and the top of the front window. I discovered that when the car was delivered. It took 4 hours/$60 of material to remove.

Arrowhead Cadillac has been very good to work with on servicing my XT 6. Dan Vega is my Service Advisor and he is always prepared, courteous and conscientious when assisting me. The dealership remembers me, including the General Manager and always says hello when I am in for service.
