Needed roadside service due to a failed battery. I was less than a mile from Arrowhead Cadillac but never expected that they would be able to show up in 10 minutes, install a new battery, test the system, and get me back on the road so incredibly fast. I was driving away less than 30 minutes from the time the car wouldn't start. Nice job Arrowhead!

I am always impressed with the professionalism of Arrowhead Cadillac Service Center. My service advisor is Dan Vega. He always responds promptly and takes care of any requests that I have. He is flexible and easy to work with. My car is always returned clean. I go out of the way and drive further to go to Arrowhead Cadillac for service because I always have an excellent experience with them. I would highly recommend Dan and his team. They go the extra mile.
