It took a while to figure out what was wrong but I had a loaner vehicle to ease the pain of being without mine for a week. My service rep was persistent and pushed for the right thing to be done. He also noticed my oil change was coming due and suggested it be done so I wouldnt have to bring it back in a few days for service. So far so good!

My Escalade in my garage had a dead battery. I called Arrowhead and a new battery was installed within 20 minutes!!! Amazing service!

I had waited 2 weeks for a call from Bora for a part had come in, I called and she said it wasnt in. When I told her my insurance wanted to know. She said shed call me back, she found it and said she didnt know when it came in. Im not satisfied with the way I was treated.
