It was my first online car purchase. My salesman Mike Martin was supurb--he "held my hand" through the entire process. The only reason I did not give this a 5 star rating, is because I was not advised of a non stock modification that I could not see in the car videos/photos. It had dark window tint that significantly reduced visibility on the rear window, rear side windows, and the top of the front window. I discovered that when the car was delivered. It took 4 hours/$60 of material to remove.

Usual up selling. Oil change and tire rotation became $500 with extras. Also drivers car mat was marked with oil that I had to clean. Car was returned and I went out to find two people poking about in it. Appears one was an employee (moving cars) other unknown being shown inside and low mileage etc. and commenting. Not good!
