The mechanical work performed was excellent. My complaint lies with the service. I arrived at the scheduled time, and even though no one else was waiting in the bay, I waited almost 10 minutes before service adviser arrived. He apologized briefly saying he was multi tasking. After one hour I was informed about the flat older motor mounts. I agreed to the work, and was told it would be slightly over $1000. I knew from past experience that bad motor mounts are trouble.
