Good experience overall. Went in for an oil change and was given an inspection report of what else needed to be done. I declined the additional repairs and was happy that they were not pushy about it. Would definitely come again.

I am always satisfied when I bring my 2018 CTS in for service or warranty work to Arrowhead Cadillac. Dan Vega is my service advisor and he is always responsive, helpful, and efficient. The team at Arrowhead Cadillac surpasses two of the other Cadillac dealers in the valley. I will not go anywhere else!
