The service advisor Dave was very professional and the vehicle was ready sooner than I expected plus they washed it.
The gentleman who checked me in pushed every possible button to get my GPS to work, and it did! However, he did not know which button was the problem solver. I never even had to see the service people.
Came to my house, changed flat tire, took damaged tire back to dealership, repaired tire and brought it back all in a few hours!!!!!
I have a great relationship with my Service Representative, Arrowhead Cadillac is a very friendly and accommodating dealership.
Went as expected. No surprises were found. Only thing I wished was to have had the protection shield applied. Got to bring it in at a later date. Missed the feel of people excited about being there at the shop.

I brought my car in for service and Todd took care of everything for me. I then met with Jim and Julie Behnke who helped me in the purchase of my 2019 CT6 which was coming off of a three year lease. They are a joy to work with and make the entire transition very smooth. Martha Keith in Finance was very helpful in completing the purchase. I have always been pleased with the service and professionalism and will continue to recommend Arrowhead to friends and especially Jim and Julie.
Saturday service at this facility is not great. They did accomplish what was. Needed. But courtesy service not complete. This is the second time I have experienced this on Saturday service.
