They were courteous, assisted where my selling dealer failed me and completed my recall work quickly. Employees were all ready to help and polite. Receipt stated they washed the vehicle and didn't but they were unable to finish the warranty work thanks to my selling dealership. Not really a big deal.

Poorly organized. I scheduled my appointment online I asked for a call to confirm my appointment. Never got the call. I called before the appointment and was told I had one. When I arrived, the service advisor (the one I supposedly had my appointment with) didn't have me on his list. However, a different advisor did.
